1. Can I purchase a gift card online?
Yes! Gift cards that are purchased online will be sent by mail and a signature is required at the time of delivery. If your order contains merchandise and gift cards, please note that the gift cards will be shipped separately. At this time, we do not offer e-gift cards.
2. What are my payment options?
We accept payment with Bikini Village gift cards, Paypal or by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
3. Can I use my gift card online?
We accept La Vie en Rose and Aqua gift cards as online payment method. If you have a Bikini Village gift card, please see instructions below. Since all refunds and price adjustments are made according to the original method of payment, it is important to keep your gift card after the purchase is made. Otherwise, it is possible that we cannot proceed to your satisfaction. Please note that you can check the balance of your gift card by clicking here.
Important: Due to the recent acquisition of Bikini Village by Boutique La Vie en Rose Inc., all gift cards issued before May 15, 2015 have to be changed in-store first to be eligible online again.
4. Do Bikini Village gift cards expire?
No, Bikini Village gift cards do not have expiration dates.
5. Can in-store promotions and sales be applied to my online order?
We usually carry the same promotions online as in our stores. However, promotions may vary. We might also run promotions only available online.
Shipping & Taxes
1. What are Bikini Village’s online shipping rates?
All shipping fees are in Canadian dollars. Additional fees may apply and delivery standards may vary for remote areas.

2. How are sales taxes determined?
The sales taxes are determined based on the shipping location, so if you place an order to be shipped to British Colombia, and your billing address is in Quebec, British Colombia sales taxes will be charged on your invoice.
3. Can I ship to an address outside Canada?
We are sorry but we do not currently ship outside Canada.
4. Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We are sorry but we do not currently offer multiple shipments.
5. Can I track my order?
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and all the information required to track your package. If your order has not yet been shipped and you would like more information, please call us at 1-877-328-7673 or email us at [email protected]

Refunds can be granted either by mail or at one of our store locations within 45 days of the original date of purchase. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment. Exchanges accepted in store only. For more details, please see our online exchange & return policy section.
2. Can I return online purchases to a Bikini Village store?
Merchandise purchased online can be exchanged or refunded at any of our Bikini Village stores. Liquidation merchandise can only be returned by mail.

4. Do I have to pay shipping fees if I return an item by mail?
Yes. A return label will be included in your parcel. Should you choose to return merchandise and use the return label, the amount of $7.00 + taxes will be deducted from your refund. No refund or credit will be given for shipping and handling charges, unless merchandise is defective or Bikini Village is at fault. In these cases, Bikini Village will pay the shipping costs.
5. How do I obtain a refund for items returned by mail?
Returns sent by mail must be postdated within 45 days of the original date of purchase. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment and are usually processed within five business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse.
6. How long does it take for refunds to come through?
Refunds are generally processed within five business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. However, depending on the financial institution, it may take up to 7 additional business days before the funds are back on your credit card.
7. How do I know if an item is on Liquidation/clearance?
Your item will be identified as Liquidation/Clearance on your package slip.
Security & confidentiality
1. Is my credit card information secure online?
Credit card information is sent to Beanstream servers. The information sent is parsed into a format the bank gateway understands and is sent to the bank via the internet. Once the bank receives this information, it is passed through the banking network. Bikini Village’s account is credited, the consumer’s credit card account is debited, and an authorization is sent back to Beanstream servers. At this point a receipt is generated and sent to the consumer's web browser and an email order notification is sent to the merchant. This all takes less than 30 seconds.
Any personal information we collect during your visit is used only with your prior knowledge and consent.
2. How does bikinivillage.com use my personal information?
When using our website, you may be asked to voluntarily provide certain personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, and telephone number. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers. We use this information to complete your transaction and to apply for access to certain special features and functions of the website. If you choose not to provide the requested personal information, you will not be able to use certain features of the website and you will not be able to make transactions through the website.
