In-store return procedure for online purchase
Exchanges and returns can be made at your nearest Bikini Village location, within 45 days of the original purchase date. See below for exceptions.
Please bring the following required items with you to the store
Return with the original receipt: Refunds will be made using the original method of payment. If the original payment card is not provided, a money card will be issued.
Return without the original receipt: Exchange only for an item of equal value to the current sale price. No cash receipt will be issued.
Return of an order placed through PayPal: A Bikini Village gift card will be issued for the amount of the refund.

Online exchange and return policy
Bikini Village is pleased to offer refunds on all products purchased online, within 45 days of purchase. Refunds can be granted either by mail or at one of our store locations and exchanges can be granted in-store only. A gift/money card cannot be refunded nor replaced if lost or stolen.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, and with the price tags still attached. Returns will be accepted on swimsuits only if the hygienic protection is still attached. Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
We strongly recommend you do not remove your underwear when trying on swimsuits until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.
Promotion: Please note that the return of items purchased during a promotion may cause the promotional terms to no longer be met. In this case, the value of the returned item and any items included in the promotion will be recalculated to match the new terms of sale.
Mail return procedure: Please note that we only offer refunds for returns by mail. For alternate items, return your original purchase and place a new order on our website for a new item.
Please use the Return Form enclosed with your order to return your online merchandise (or click here to download it). Return to the below location by the courier of your choice:

All shipped orders will have a return label included in the parcel. Should you choose to return merchandise and use the return label, the amount of $7.00 + taxes will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded unless the goods are defective or Bikini Village is at fault. In this case, the goods must be returned only by mail.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES
For hygienic reasons we will not refund or exchange one-piece swimsuits and swimsuit bottoms. Any item eligible for a return must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with the price tags still attached. A money card cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
Merchandise purchased in one of our boutiques can only be returned or exchanged in store. The returned amount will be reimbursed on the original method of payment.
The return of items purchased during a promotion may cause the promotional terms to no longer be met. In this case, the value of the returned item and any items included in the promotion will be recalculated to match the new terms of sale.
With the original receipt: within 30 days of purchase, reimbursement or exchange on regular price merchandise. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment. If the original payment is not provided, a money card will be issued.
Without the original receipt: within 30 days of purchase, exchange for an item of equal value to the last ticketed sale price. No receipt will be issued.
With a gift receipt: within 30 days of purchase, exchange or money card of equal value to the original purchase price of the returned item.
Merchandise on sale: within 14 days of purchase, exchange or money card of equal value to the original purchase price.
Special Orders: can be shipped to the address of your choice or be picked up in-store once available, within 7 days. Special orders can only be returned in-store within 45 days from the date of purchase. This service is only offered in select stores.
