Return Policy

In-store purchases

Your exchanges and returns must be made at a Bikini Village store within the following time frames:

Regular-Priced Items: 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange of regular-priced merchandise.

Promotional and/or Sale Items: 15 days from the date of purchase for promotional and/or sale items.

Final Sale: All cosmetic products (lotions, lip balms, etc.), jewelry and products identified as final sale are not refundable under any condition. In addition, final sale items include all merchandise sold on promotion and/or on sale with a discount of 50% off or more on the original retail price.

Conditions and eligibility:

Original invoice: You must present the original receipt. If you provided your email address during your purchase, we can retrieve your original receipt and make a return or an exchange. Without the original receipt, we cannot process a return or exchange.

Refunds: You will get a refund according to the original payment method. If you do not present the original payment card, a gift card will be issued for your refund. Your email address will be required at checkout for in-store refunds.

Gift receipt: Exchangeable only under the same policies and conditions. No exceptions.

Product condition: Bikini Village reserves the right to refuse any returns of merchandise not listed above and items that have been worn, misused, altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any way. Price tags must still be attached and the sanitary tape must not have been removed.

Promotion: Please note that returning items purchased during a promotion may void the terms of that offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated according to the new sales terms.

Gift with Purchase: If you are returning items that were qualified to receive a gift with purchase, you must also return the gift with the item(s) included in that promotion or pay the difference to keep it.

Gift Card: A gift card cannot be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen.

Online purchase – Canada

Returns and exchanges of online purchases in a store

Your exchanges and returns can be made free of charge in a Bikini Village store. Here is our complete list of stores.

Return of online purchase by mail

Only your online purchase returns can be made by mail. They must be returned within the following time period to be eligible:

Regular-Priced Item: 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange of regular-priced merchandise.

Promotional and/or sale items: 15 days from the date of purchase for promotional and/or sale items.

Refunds: By providing your order number from your online purchase and your items to be returned, you will get a refund according to the original method of payment, with the exception of PAYPAL. An in-store refund for an online purchase made with PAYPAL will be in the form of a Bikini Village gift card. Your email address will be required at checkout for in-store refunds.

Exchange: We are unable to process exchanges by mail. You must return your merchandise and place a new order with the new size.

Order Cancellation: OOPS! There is an error in the order you submitted? Unfortunately, online purchases cannot be cancelled or modified once they are in our systems. Please make a new order for the right size or colour and return the wrong size or colour order.

Mail-in Procedure (for online purchases only)

Please download the return form, and then follow the instructions in the return form. Upon receipt of your return at our distribution center, please allow 10 business days to receive your refund. An amount of $15.00 plus applicable taxes will be deducted from your account when you make a return by mail.
