No return, exchange or refund

If the time limit is passed, we will not be able to process your return or exchange. No exceptions will be allowed.

Conditions and eligibility for returns and exchanges:

Original receipt: If you provided your email address during your purchase, we can retrieve your original receipt. Without the original receipt, we cannot process a return or an exchange.

Product condition: Bikini Village reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange of merchandise that does not meet one of the following conditions: If the item has been worn, misused, altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any way. Price tags must still be attached and the sanitary protection must not have been removed. No returns, exchanges or refunds.

Promotion: Please note that returning items purchased during a promotion may void the terms of that offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated according to the new sales terms. No returns, exchanges or refunds for cosmetic products and jewelry.

Refunds: You will get a refund according to the original payment method. If the original payment method cannot be provided, the refund will be done on a gift-card.

Gift with Purchase: If you are returning items that were qualified to receive a gift with purchase, you must also return the gift with the item(s) included in that promotion while respecting the conditions and eligibility for a return or an exchange. If the gift with purchase is not returned, the price of the item will be deducted from the return. In the case, where a balance would remain to be paid by the customer, the return will not be processed.

Gift Card: A gift card cannot be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen.

Modifications or Cancellations of an Online Purchase: Online purchases cannot be cancelled or modified after payment has been received. You may place a new order with the desired items and proceed to the return of the order requiring a modification or cancellation.

You can return your online purchase with our mailing service.
This procedure only applies to online purchases made on www.bikinivillage.com.
The returned or exchanged merchandise must meet the terms, conditions and eligibility below.
A fee of $15.00 plus applicable taxes will be deducted from your refund when you return by mail with the prepaid return label.

Procedure
  1. Prepare your return request by downloading the return form.
  2. Follow the instructions and complete all sections of the return form.
  3. Use the shipping label provided in your package.
  4. Prepare your package and include all products to be returned while respecting the product conditions and the return form.
  5. Attach the return label, making sure the barcode is visible.
  6. Ship your package by dropping it off at a Canada Post mailbox or at any Canada Post location.
  7. Upon receipt of your return at our return center, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your refund.

If the procedure is not respected or elements are missing, the return may not be processed and the merchandise will be returned at the customer's expense.
