About the Canada Post Strike
Don’t worry, your order is in good hands! At Bikini Village, we work with multiple carriers to make sure your orders reach you smoothly.
However, if you live in a remote area or in a zone served exclusively by Canada Post, certain restrictions may unfortunately prevent us from completing your transaction.
Your satisfaction is always our top priority, and we’re doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Fees
All shipping costs are in Canadian dollars. Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas. Please see the table below. Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days. For delivery, some exceptions apply.
Note: if your order contains one or more discounted items, the processing delay may be longer.

Guests: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders that reach $125 or more.

Online orders are shipped with FedEx and Purolator.
Shipping Policy
Bikini Village reserves the right to modify shipping fees at any time without notice.
The purchased items will be shipped as soon as possible once the order is processed. Processing and delivery times may vary according to the shipping address and product availability. The estimated delivery dates are calculated from the moment the products leave the Bikini Village warehouse.
Once the shipping company takes possession of the items, Bikini Village waives any right of ownership in favour of the buyer.
Delivery of products is subject to the rules and regulations of the shipping company and those related to signature attesting to the receipt of the goods. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the tracking and pick up of products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company will be your responsibility.
All shipped orders will have a return label included in the parcel. Should you choose to return merchandise and use the return label, the amount of $15.00 + taxes will be deducted from your refund.
Unfortunately, we do not currently provide delivery to addresses outside of Canada, as well as Northwest Territories, Yukon, or Nunavut.
In the event that a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery (including but not limited to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect), a return processing fee of $15.00 + taxes will be deducted from your refund.
Sales Tax
Sales tax varies according to the shipping address. For example, if the order is shipped to British Columbia, but the billing address is in Quebec, the sales tax in British Columbia will be added to your bill. The applicable provincial sales tax will be added to all orders.
